Susan Globus
Principal
Suzan brings over 30 years of business and leadership experience to Greenway’s clients. As the American Ambassador and Board member of the International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers (IFI), she led the IFI Think Tank Initiatives for the Americas. Suzan is an American Ambassador to the International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers (IFI) and served on that Board of Directors. She led the IFI Think Tank Initiatives for the Americas and was appointed by the New Jersey Governor to serve as a charter member of the state’s Interior Design Examination and Evaluation Committee to certify interior designers. As an Adjunct Professor at Kean University, Suzan has taught Sustainable Design to design and science students.
Suzan was invited to join the advisory group to develop green remodeling guidelines for the NJ Center for Green Building at Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. Her extensive writing on the profession and the impact of design on the human experience has been included in textbooks and industry publications.
Prior to joining Greenway Group, Suzan was President and Owner of Globus Design Associates, a New York Metro area based design firm specializing in library design and has extensive consulting experience in strategic planning. She is a past national President of the American Society of Interior Designers and a Fellow of that organization.
Suzan earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations/Journalism from the University of Maryland and Post Baccalaureate Major in Fine Arts, Interior Design from Kean University. Her commitment to continuous education includes New York School of Interior Design and Bachelor of Science Course work at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
